Information we receive
When you place an order, Stripe collects the contact, payment, billing, and shipping information needed to process it. La Soaptique receives order and fulfillment details from Stripe but does not receive your full card number. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message.
How information is used
We use order information to process payment, fulfill purchases, provide customer service, prevent fraud, and meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Amazon Web Services hosts the website and checkout service. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Browser storage
The shopping cart is stored in your browser using local storage so it remains available while you shop. You can remove it by clearing the cart or your browser's site data.
Retention and requests
We retain order records as reasonably needed for fulfillment, customer service, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to records we are required to retain.
