Shipping & returns
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States for a flat $9 shipping charge. Orders typically leave our studio within 2–3 business days. USPS Ground Advantage typically arrives 2–5 business days after the carrier receives the package. Carrier delays and deliveries outside the contiguous United States may take longer.
Order changes
Contact us as soon as possible if a shipping address or order detail is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
Returns
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we do not accept routine returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or the wrong product was sent, message us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement or delivery but the package cannot be found, message us so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
