Orders and payment
By submitting an order, you offer to purchase the listed products at the price, shipping charge, and applicable tax shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order may be canceled and refunded if a product is unavailable, pricing is erroneous, payment cannot be verified, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible.
Products
Our soap is handmade in small batches. Natural variation in color, shape, weight, and appearance is expected. Product photos are representative, and ingredient lists on the product page should be reviewed before purchase. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Shipping and returns
Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes as permitted by applicable law. Our damaged-order and return terms are described on the Shipping & returns page.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal shopping. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse its content or services.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, La Soaptique is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
